ROPE SIZERS

The rope sizer is designed to receive a thick candy/toffee/gum rope from either an extruder or a batch roller and to size it down to the desired rope section. This process is achieved by running the rope through a smooth sequence of different calibrating rollers that provides its controlled sizing.

A wide range of rope sizers featuring a stainless steel food grade design for hygiene and long-lasting operations. Rope sizers are available for all kind of need, from Lab use to high production requirements. Rope sizers are controlled by PLC for parameters and operation control and include servo drives.
